Unfortunately, I faced some challenges during my stay. The breakfast selection was quite limited for the price we paid. we expected more variety, like fresh croissants and cheese. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in our room made it uncomfortable on some warm nights, and the lack of bottled water was also disappointing. Finally, I found the communal dining arrangement a bit lacking in privacy, as we prefer more intimate settings for our meals.

I loved the beautiful vineyard views that surrounded the property, creating a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The Family Suite was spacious, perfect for a family, featuring two separate rooms sharing a bathroom. The kitchen and lounge area made it easy for us to relax together. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and quite simple, which I appreciated. However, the WiFi was unreliable in the upstairs bedroom, which was frustrating. Also, the check-in process was a bit confusing, with no one to greet us, leaving us to search for instructions. The shared kitchen felt welcoming, but it could use clearer guidelines for guests. Overall, it was a lovely stay, but some minor improvements would enhance the experience significantly.

i had such high hopes for this place, but when we arrived, nobody was there to greet us. just a couple of workers, really? no restaurant suggestions, just post pizza boxes by the bin. i just couldn't recommend it.

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views right in the heart of the vineyards. The complimentary wine tour was a delightful bonus that really added to our experience. However, it would have been nice to enjoy some wine on-site, as we had to venture out to purchase some. Also, clearer check-in instructions would have made our arrival smoother.

i had an amazing stay at clos des jacobins bed & breakfast during my holiday in saint-emilion. the wine tour was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast was deliciously crafted. the views of the vineyards were simply breathtaking and truly made my experience unforgettable.
